As a native Floridian and former Army Reserve officer, I bring discipline, dedication, and a strong work ethic to everything I do. Before founding Sunshine Living Magazine, I worked in the architectural millwork industry, specializing in luxury homes—some valued at over $1 million—on both new construction and renovation projects. This experience gave me invaluable insight into quality craftsmanship, home design, and the intricacies of high-end properties.

I initially built a successful real estate practice in Florida before relocating to North Carolina’s Triangle Area to be closer to family. In 2021, I moved to Mooresville, NC, to spend more time with my son and grandchildren, and I quickly fell in love with the Greater Charlotte and Lake Norman areas.
